In this video, I'll show you how to pronounce the most difficult Russian vowel Ы [y], commonly described as the sound one makes having been punched in the stomach.
Look at the schemes and try to pull your tongue back to say a nice Ы. The Ы is shown in comparison to И [i] that is much easier to pronounce.
